Green Tea

I have been in Arizona for the past week.  My son John and his
lovely wife Rachel are the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl.
This is my first grandchild - her name is Sophia Alexi, she has my
dark blue eyes and dark strawberry blond hair.  I came from the
cold in New York State to this fabulous warm weather.  I am
grateful to be enjoying the baby and the weather for another eight
days.

Today my quick short writing will be about green tea and how it
can help feelings of depression in our senior population. 


A healthy diet, moderate exercise can increase energy.  Green tea
does help fight the blues, if you drink at least four cups of green
daily.  Studies have proven that seniors who do drink at least
four cups are much less likely to report symptoms of depression
than those who drank less.  Japanese researchers found this to be true in people over seventy years of age.

I am sure this is sound advice -there are so many delicious teas
to choose from.
