There are a few more healthy remedies for your muscles. Keep oxygen cursing through
your muscles by exercising at your appropriate level. A simple walk down the block and
back can be a new beginning.
For muscle weakness, take a handful of apple peelings, boil them in one quart of water
for twenty minutes and strain. Drink six ounces daily.
Gentian tea is also helpful for general muscle weakness. Drink 1/2 cup a day.
Biotin is beneficial for muscle pain and weakness.
Senior citizens can try two cup of yarrow tea a day.
