Oregeno
 
This herb has anti-viral qualities.  As a tea it helps coughs, the stomach
and gallbladder. Also used for irritability, exhaustion and as a sedative.
 
Parsley
 
Parsley helps in high blood pressure or arthritis. Eat plenty of raw parsley in salad.
Drink 1 quart of tea a day for bladder stones or kidney stones
Parsley is rich in nurtrients - chewed raw it freshens the breath. Used as a tea
it also a digestive aid.  It is considered a natural diuretic and helps the kidneys.
 
The Greeks held both oregeno and parsley in high esteem for their
medicinal benefits and in flavoring of foods.
 
Asparagus
 
Asparagus contains a substance that assists the body in normal cell formation.
It is helpful in preventing cancer and other cell destroying diseases.
Take 4 tabls. of asparagus twice a day for cancerous conditions. It is
also known to dissolve kidney stones.
 
I steam asparagus and after use some olive oil and chopped
cilantro for flavor.  It is really delicious.
 
Cranberry Juice
 
Cranberry juice can be drunk on a regular basis by people
suffering from asthma.  A must for kidney and bladder disorders.
 
Epsom Salts
 
For shingles; make a paste of epsom salts  and water - place on the
sore area and this will relieve discomfort in a short time.
For facial pimples; a mask on the afflicted area every night before
going to bed.  Do this every night until the pimples are gone.
 
Salt
 
For pain heat salt in a frying pan.  Put it in a cloth sack and place
over the painful area.  Cover with a hot water bottle to keep
it warm.  The results are amazing.
