Pineapple juice, prune juice:  Combined, rebuild exhausted nerves.
Take 6ozs 3 times daily.
Egg yolk:  Two yolks from fresh organic eggs mixed with 4 ozs.
grape juice once or twice daily.
Apple whey:  Take 1 pint apple juice or apple wine, 1 pint water,
1 pint milk.  Heat it slowly but do not bring to a boil.  When it
curdles, strain it through fine cloth.  Throw curds away, sweeten with
honey if needed.  Take 2 tbls. 5 time a day if person is very weak. The
appetite will improve and all signs of illness will disappear.  As person
becomes stonger, increase the amount to 2 cups daily.
Strawberries:  Rich in vitamin C and minerals.  Especially good for
nervous disorders and it helps build up weak kidney and bladder.
Eat 4 ozs. 2 times daily.
Cherry juice, egg yolk:  Add 1 egg yolk to a 6 oz. glass of cherry
juice, stir and mix well.

Mullein oil, yarrow oil, chamomile oil, thyme oil:
mix the oils and apply to pain.
